Positions
1. Experienced Medical Receptionist / Scheduler
- Receptionist/Scheduling experience in medical setting.
- Experience using electronic medical records.
- Experience answering multi-line telephones.
- Experience with insurance verification a plus.
- Must have strong customer service, communication, and multi-tasking skills.
2. Experienced Medical Assistant
- 2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant.
- Experience using electronic medical records.
- Experience assisting in surgery.
3. Licensed Aesthetician
Full-time or part-time opportunity available with busy Medical Spa. Ideal candidate has 2+ yrs of aesthetic experience performing facials, using & selling professional skin care products and applying/ working with custom make-up. Experience performing medi-spa treatments such as laser hair removal, IPL, medical microdermabrasion, coolsculpting, thermage, peels and other laser treatments is a plus. Candidate must possess excellent customer service skills and have a professional appearance and demeanor. Must be willing to learn new therapies/treatments, perform demos and work the reception desk. Good teammates and benefits. Current State of MI Aesthetic License required.
4. Experienced Beauty Consultant
Busy Medical Spa has a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys sales and finding the inner beauty in others. The ideal candidate has 2+ yrs sales and/or spa/cosmetic-related experience. This opportunity entails performing guest consultations, analyzing guests’ needs and customizing spa programs. Also, the ideal candidate will have the ability to make home care recommendations, helping guests achieve desired results while meeting or exceeding revenue targets. Candidate must possess excellent communications skills and a professional image. Good teammates and benefits.
